The rooms are clean and maintained well everyday. The reception and behaviour of the staff is pleasant and friendly. The food is as per requirement and they are open to suggestions for a new menu or snacks. Stayed for 6 weeks and I have no regrets. Highly recommended. Thanks

I had a very pleasant stay at The Fern Residency. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and hygienic, and the overall service was prompt and professional. The food and hospitality were also very good. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend the hotel. One suggestion for improvement: the hotel should consider adding a gym/fitness centre for guests. A well-equipped gym would make the stay even better, especially for guests staying for several days.

Excellent comfortable stay, accommodated all my requests and the best central location in Delhi. Easy connectivity by cab/ metro to any place. Special mention for the variety and tasty breakfast in Moti Mahal restaurant which had a good ambience. Kudos to the staff, cleanliness and amenities
