Is this an instant booking platform?
No. Stay Circle is enquiry-led — our operations team reviews each request and coordinates the stay with the hotel directly.
Who can register?
Serving and retired personnel of the Indian Armed Forces, paramilitary forces, DRDO/MOD, and eligible government cadres listed in our entitlement bands.
How are tariffs decided?
Each rank is mapped to an entitlement band with a hotel category and room tariff cap. We propose stays inside that band.
How is payment handled?
Billings are managed by Stay Circle. The traveller settles at checkout or via official billing as arranged.
Can spouse and family stay?
Yes. An add-on of ₹1,000 AI covers spouse stay with three meals; triple occupancy and extra beds are similarly priced.
